Meet Rich Quinlan

Richard Quinlan has been a counselor for the last 9 years at Scripps Ranch High School.  A former special education teacher and resource teacher, I received a B.A. from Loyola University and a M.S. from Illinois State University.  I hold California credentials in counseling, Resource Specialist, Learning Disabilities, Severely Handicapped, Social Studies, and Administration.  I serve students with last names from 9-12th Sb-Z.  My counseling specialty is selected scholarships and conferences and I hope to bring any skills I may have acquired over the years to assist both you and your student.  I can be reached at 621-9020 x 1130 or at rquinlan@sandi.net
