Scripps Ranch High School is dedicated to supporting learning in the classroom by developing and fostering partnerships with the community. Businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals are encouraged to become involved with our students and staff in any of the following ways:

INTERNSHIPS
Internships involve more extensive time for the student in the business community. Students may work from several days to an entire semester depending on the class involved and desire of the employer. ROP Internships (Regional Occupational Program) are an integral part of the classroom experience for these specialized classes. All internships may be done on a paid or non-paid basis.
Job Board SRHS offers employers the opportunity to Post Jobs on our student Job Board for part and full-time employment in your company. Many businesses have found terrific workers from our student body. SRHS Job seekers, for job opportunities and Job Fairs, visit our Job Board and the Job Fair schedule.
PARTNER
Leading the way in community involvement with SRHS are the following six Partnerships: Qualcomm, MCAS Miramar, Gateway Inc., USIU, Wells Fargo Bank and I Love a Clean San Diego. We welcome your business to join this distinguished list.
EXPERTISE
Help us teach the skills needed in today's economy by sharing your expertise with us. We need members for our Business Advisory Committee, evaluators for student projects, interviewers for our Spanish Mock Interviews, Classroom Speakers, Tutors and Mentors. and complete an Employer Services Survey form to offer your assistance.
SPONSOR
School Clubs and Teachers often need extra assistance with their programs. Funding for special projects, donations of used technology, student supplies, teaching aids and incentives are always welcome. Visit our Teacher Wish List to see how you can help.
Do you have a great idea for an education/business connection? Please let us know by contacting Chantal "Nikki" Gibbs, Employer Outreach Specialist, by calling the Career Center at (858) 621-9020 x1132.
