"2008
Season"
Team Photos:
Photo on Friday 3/14 at 1:30 pm on the baseball field behind the parking on the
west side of the pool. Muir Images photographers will take team photo there and
then go inside and do all the individual and buddy shots.
Order form, please fill it out and bring with
checks payable to Muir Images on 3/14. It is absolutely critical that you are at
the baseball field in SRHS swim uniform at 1:30 pm. The photographers are coming
early to setup. So please be there on time.
Philosophy:
People acting together as a group can accomplish things which no individual
acting alone could ever hope to bring about. This is the great truth about
teamwork. We make our team and our program something positive and
worthwhile. We expect our athletes to accept teammates without reservation
and treat each other with respect. We pay attention to those things we can
control and adjust in a positive manner to uncontrollable factors. We are
loyal to our coaches, teammates, and program through kindness, honesty, respect,
attendance, and doing what the coaches ask.
Chain of Command:
Any questions or concerns should be addressed in a manner that follows the chain
of command to expedite resolution. Most problems can be solved if the lines of
communication are open! Only if it cannot be resolved at one level should the
concern move to the next level.
1. Athlete to coach
2. Parent to coach
3. Parent to athletic director
4. Parent to vice principal
5. Parent to principal
