Scholarships Available for Photography Summer Camp Starting June 18

Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA) annual summer camps are a great way for kids to enjoy their summer vacation in Balboa Park. Each camp features a different photographic theme and includes indoor and outdoor adventures with digital cameras, alternative photographic processes and film-making projects. Scholarships are available for those who qualify. MOPA is a proud participant in the Balboa Park Collaboration, which allows parents to combine a half-day camp with another museum for a full day adventure.

Summer camps take place from Monday, June 18 through Friday, August 3 at MOPA in Balboa Park. Parents have the opportunity to select from one week or two week half-day camps. Camps are designed for children ages 4 - 16, or grades K - 12. Click here for a scholarship application.

"Go Digital: Faces and Places" camp starts June 18 for students in grades 3-5. Visit the MOPA website for more detail.
