Next 10, a non-partisan, nonprofit organization focused on critical issues facing all Californians, is reaching out to students of all ages and educational backgrounds (high school, college, vocational school) to understand your priorities for California’s budget!

Students are encouraged to write a short story (750 max, fiction or nonfiction), poem, blog post, song lyric, or create a video, comic strip, mixed media project, etc. that references the state budget. Winners will be chosen for originality and the best use of the state budget in the story line. There will be one winner chosen for every 100 entries.
