The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) office at the Ballard Parent Center is open from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Individuals requesting paperwork - school history, transcripts, Mexican Consulate Letters for name corrections/changes - must make an appointment in person or by calling 619-209-4553. Documents can only be provided to students who attended school in the San Diego Unified School District.
Individuals must bring an original birth certificate and a picture ID. If you are requesting paperwork for someone other than yourself, who is 16 years or older, you must bring their written permission with their signature granting you permission. Bring your picture ID as well.
PLEASE NOTE: Individuals requesting transcripts and school records for reasons other than the DACA program, should contact the school of attendance from which the records are needed.
