Printing Services

Printing Services provides cost-effective, responsive printing and copying for the District. Our goal is to provide you with printed material at the quality level you need within your schedule and at a reasonable cost.

Copying

  • State of the art high speed b/w and full color digital copying.

  • Reproduction up to 11 x 17 on bond or cardstock. Simplex (single sided) or duplex (front and back). 5 position tabs, manuals, brochures.

Printing

  • Forms: NCR (carbonless paper used for forms needing multiple copies) and bond, up to 11 x 17, simplex (singled sided) or duplex (front and back).

  • Accent color.

  • Business Cards - District Standard Only

  • Envelopes, return address and variable addressee data

Bindery

  • Collating, padding, Stapling, 3 - hole punch, Cutting, folding, Saddle stitch, Coil binding

  • Envelope processing (fold, stuff and seal documents into #10 envelopes)

Digital Files

  • Printing Services utilizes state of the art digital devices in both copying and printing. Preferred mode of input is with an electronic pdf file. Hard copy is acceptable as we can scan into our digital devices.

Output

  • We can provide finished copies of any of the following: Forms, Manuals, Reports, Newsletters, Brochures, NCR, Envelopes, Booklets, Letterheads, Catalogs, Post cards, Flyers, Note pads and much more.
