Resident student enrollments for 2013-14 will continue on:
June 6 &13th from 9-11am & 1-3pm
August 23-30th 8-11am &1-2pm
For enrollment you must bring the following:
Verification of Residency
(gas & electric bill, phone bill, cable bill, water bill, rental agreement w/ receipt; all must be dated within last 30 days)
Immunization Record
Copy of Last Transcript/Report Card
Official Copy of Birth Certificate (only if student is NEW to SD Unified School District)
Copy of IEP or 504 (only if student has received Special Education services)
