Projects are subject to Director approval and availability.

Design Services

The majority of custom web and print graphics found on the district website and in district-wide print publications are created by the MM Specialist. Graphic design and desktop publishing support is available on a limited basis. This includes brochures, fliers, posters, banners and original web graphics.
If creative services are needed, please refer to this
Design Brief (PDF PDF | Doc Word Document ) first.
Answering the questions in the brief provides a designer with much needed information before embarking on a new design project. It also encourages the requester to develop and focus on a core message.

Board Meeting Televised Operations

The auditorium at the Education Center is equipped with a built-in projection system and a six camera recording/broadcasting system for airing live meetings on local cable station, iTV (ch 16).

The MM Specialist is responsible for running and maintaining the projection and broadcast systems in the auditorium during Board meetings only, with limited support from the district's AV shop. (The house audio system is maintained by the AV shop.)

The MM Specialist and Webmaster handle the live streaming of Board meetings and deal with all other broadcast related issues. Archived board meeting podcasts and videos are available for public viewing on the board meeting webpage.

DVD copies of meetings can only be obtained by special request through the Legal Dept and will incur media and production fees.

District Website/School Sites

The content management system, Centricity by Schoolwires, provides an opportunity for schools and departments to maintain their own website content and photos. The MM Specialist supports the District Webmaster by developing content/photos/graphics, as well as lending overall site administration support.

Newsline and Friday Notes are weekly district newsletters which the MM Specialist publishes and/or supports.

Audio Systems

  • Anchor Beacon all-in-one with wireless mic and MP3 player
  • 12-channel Mackie mixer with portable speakers
