Instructional Media Center

The Instructional Media Center Libraries provide multimedia instructional materials, elementary curriculum library print materials, and an Art Room to San Diego Unified School District employees. Instructional materials are selected to align with district literacy efforts, district and state standards and to assist classroom teachers in addressing the needs of their students.

The IMC Libraries are open 3 days a week;
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 
1:00pm - 5:00pm  
California Young Reader Medal
Since its inception in 1974, millions of California's school children have nominated, read and voted for winners of the California Young Reader Medal. Ballots and a Teacher's Resource Guide are available at the CYRM website at
