On-Site Support Lookup

We work with all elementary, middle, high, atypical, and charter schools in San Diego Unified. Your school has been assigned an IT On-Site Support (OSS) representative. For assistance, Power Users should contact their school’s representatives directly. Use the spreadsheet below to identify the OSS for your school.

How We Are Organized

Zangle. For Zangle support, we have divided the district into seven zones, based on geography. For 2008-09 there will be seven support staff members to support all schools with Zangle.

Encore. For Encore support, we have divided the district into three zones, based mostly on geography. For 2008-09 there will be three support staff members to support all schools with Encore.

DataScanner. We are planning to support all 55+ pilot schools implementing DataScanner (to be used in conjunction with DataDirector) this Fall. More information coming soon about your DataScanner support staff member.

Note to Central Office Departments: If your department is in need of Zangle, Encore, or DataScanner support, please call Peyri Hamada at (619) 209-4589 to request help from an IT On-Site Support staff member. Please make sure your office staff has attended training prior to calling.
