The current budget situation has required the district to consolidate and streamline the 2008 Summer School program as follows:

• Summer School will not be offered for general education students in grades 1-5.
• Summer School will be offered for qualifying middle-level and high school general education students. Middle level student applications are available at school sites.
• As required by law, Summer School will be offered to special education students that have “extended school year” marked on their Individual Education Program (IEP). A limited number of elementary and selected middle-level and high schools will hold Summer School. Information about the Special Education Summer Program will be available soon.
