Exhibitions: May 23 12:45-2:30 panels will be posted around school May 20 for students. Cap and Gown deliveries will take place June 10 AFTER rehearsal. Student MUST attend rehearsal in order to participate in the ceremony. After rehearsal cap & gown distribution will take place and tickets will available to pick up. IF a student needs to purchase a cap and gown they may do so at this time. They MUST have $40 to purchase the items from Jostens directly at that time. This is the ONLY time before the ceremony to get the cap and gown. No exceptions. Graduation ~ June 11 @ 5PM, gates open @ 4:30. Students report to school by 3PM. Tickets - students receive 4 tickets free, up to 6 tickets may be purchased for $5 each, total of 10 tickets per student. If more tickets needed students may work out trading or other options among themselves. Tickets on sale June 3-7 @ lunch only. CASH ONLY NO CHECKS, NO EXCEPTIONS per district policy. Students may NOT wear leis or other decorations during graduation. No balloons or flowers allowed during ceremony to students. NO BALLOONS ALLOWED IN GRADUATION AREA, save the hassle tell family now, get balloons later. NO CELL PHONES AT ALL DURING CEREMONY! NO EXCEPTIONS!
