Midway through the season, La Jolla, USDHS, and Coronado have surfaced as the class of our conference. La Jolla holds a slim lead in the Western League, thanks to an upset victory over highly ranked USDHS. The match resulted in a tie (220 - 220), only to be decided by the sixth player. Though in 3'rd, Coronado continues to post scores that may earn them CIF consideration.
OLP rebounded from a early season slump to take over first in the Eastern League, by defeating league rival Mira Mesa in a convincing manner at their home course. This rivalry promisses to be tight to the finish.
