The scope of the school will also include business administration and military science. Student have many opportunities for real-world experiences such as field trips, job shadows, internships and college tours. The School of Law & Business includes several unique features: A strong existing board of dedicated community and business partners committed to supporting realistic and rigorous curriculum, career exploration and internship opportunities. Emphasis on all students developing bilingual skills. Collaborative partnership with Miramar College that gives students access to college courses, internships and academic camps. Parent and student collaboration in a to-be-developed code of ethics and character education program. School-wide program modeled after Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID). Academic support program using trained tutors in the classroom and after school. The school has four strategic goals: All students will be prepared to attend college/university. All students will receive ACT/SAT preparation. All students will complete a-g requirements. Development of a college-going culture.
