Everyone who volunteers their time on campus must complete a San Diego City Schools "School Volunteer Application" form (available in the Green School Office), have a negative TB test on file, and sign in with the Green School Office each time you arrive on campus to volunteer.
We have plenty of opportunities to volunteer at Green School. Parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, our business partners, and friends donate their valuable time to help teachers and staff provide an enriching experience for Green students. In the 2004-2005 academic year alone, 246 volunteers logged just shy of 4,000 total hours of time on campus! How or where were they helping?
