Overview
PrimeTime provides academic support and enrichment activities before and/or after school for students at the elementary and middle school level at 135 school sites. These services are available at no cost to participating families through the After School Education and Safety (ASES) state grant funds.

PrimeTime Applications for the 2009-2010 school year are available at school sites in addition to this website.

2009-2010 Primetime Application Process

Elementary and K-8 Schools

  1. Review the information for the 2009-2010 school year and complete the 2009-2010 Application:
    English | Spanish | Somali | Tagalog | Vietnamese
  2. Submit application via U.S. Mail to the appropriate PrimeTime Partner agency by May 8, 2009. See the PrimeTime Partner Directory to find the PrimeTime Partner for your school and the mailing address for applications.

Middle Level Schools

  1. Review the information for 2009-10 participation in PrimeTime:
    English | Spanish | Somali | Tagalog | Vietnamese

Parent/Guardian Notification

Elementary and K-8 schools

  1. Parents/guardians will be notified by the Partner Organization at the school they are applying for whether their child has been accepted into the PrimeTime Program beginning July 2, 2009.
  2. Once notification is received, parents will be asked to complete the Student Participation Forms and return them to the Partner Organization.
