Vision

Montgomery is a school where students are prepared to represent themselves, their school, and their community with respect, confidence, and pride. Students are responsible for creating their unique path to prepare them for high school and beyond.

Montgomery is a school where teachers enthusiastically involve students in the act of learning by correlating learning goals to student goals through interactive activities. Teachers are committed to building personal connections with students, families, and the community.

Montgomery is a school where administrators are effective, bottom-up leaders who utilize and celebrate the unique strengths and talents of all staff; fortify abilities and ameliorate needs of all students and their families; and, ultimately, hold everyone accountable for maintaining an ideal school environment. Montgomery is a school where the support staff is the bridge between the students, teachers, and community. They promote a respectful climate; facilitate communication and collaboration for a safe learning community.

Montgomery is a school where families contribute to the learning environment by their active presence and positive role-modeling, through ongoing and open communication, and as resources for academic, social and cultural understanding on campus and in the community.
