Won more games in last 8 years than any school in San Diego (212 for an average of 26.5 wins per year). Record of 212 – 61 during this time.

Only school in San Diego history to win 26 games or more for 6 consecutive seasons.

Won 27 games or more: 6 of last 8 years.  Hoover had won 27 games only 1 time in its prior 73 year history.

Played in 7 CIF San Diego Championships in last 10 years including 5 championship games in the last 6 years.

Hoover has won 8 league championships in last 10 years including current streak of 6 consecutive. One of only 8 schools in San Diego history to have ever won 6 consecutive league championships.

  • 14 Hoover players were selected to the San Diego Senior All-Star Game in the last 10 years, more than any other school.
  • 37 out of 38 seniors that have played for Hoover in last 10 years went on to college and played a sport.
  • 25 players earned scholarships to 4-year universities or have gone on to play a professional sport.
  • Hoover is a national program and has traveled to the following locations in last 8 years: Delaware (twice), Nebraska (Omaha), Missouri (St. Louis), Texas (Ft.Worth), Nevada (Las Vegas, twice), Florida (Orlando), Arizona (Phoenix), and Washington D.C.
