Cabrillo’s Physical Education Department takes pride in providing a well-rounded weekly PE program filled with effective, challenging, and enjoyable activities that improve children’s fitness and health. Each student participates in fitness activities that help them develop strong bones and muscles.
Cardio exercise is included in every lesson. We strive to keep the students engaged in continuous movement for a good 15-20 minutes throughout their lesson. All students have the opportunity to develop their sports and activity skills.
The school facility has grass fields, tennis courts, and playground areas including basketball courts, wall ball courts, and fitness structures to promote upper body strength.
