Balboa Elementary takes pride in its community partnerships. Our partners bring so many added dimensions, opportunities and resources to our campus. Family Health Centers of San Diego is a community health center that provides affordable quality medical, dental and mental healthcare services. The Center offers on-site counseling services to eligible students, including those with Medi-Cal insurance. Students with a Social Security number who have no other form of insurance may also be eligible.
