Friends of Jones Foundation The Friends of Jones Foundation was chartered in 1994. The organization’s function is to provide financial assistance and support for the educational programming at John Paul Jones Elementary School. Priority projects include the enhancement of the school’s technology base, funding for educational field trips and instructional materials. Friends of John Paul Jones Elementary School Foundation is a 501c3 organization.
