Making W.A.V.E.S.
The making W.A.V.E.S. project is client based, which has focused the student experience on real world expectations that must be met. Students have worked for the local chapter of the Surfrider Foundation and the Environmental Office of the City of San Diego. For both clients, students researched, designed, and created products that the clients then chose from to use on a professional level. The project is meaningful because it deals with environmental issues and topics that are relevant to their lives.
