Physicals are required to be turned in to the athletic trainer before a student-athlete is cleared to tryout and can be found in the 2013-14 Athletic Packet.
Mission Bay High School will be offering athletic physicals in the Athletic Trainer's room (#273) on Monday, August 5th at 3:00 p.m. Cost is $30. Cash only.
All student-athletes who wish to participate in a sport must be cleared by the athletic
director before tryouts.
In order to be cleared, student-athletes must complete a 2013-14 athletic packet which is available for download at the top of this page.

Student Health Insurance
Under state law, school districts are required to ensure that all members of school athletic teams have accidental injury insurance that covers medical and hospital expenses. The insurance requirement can be met by the school district offering insurance or other health benefits that cover medical and hospital expenses (Education code Section 32221.5).
