Parent-teacher conferences are an excellent way to create or build upon a strong home-school partnership that is critical to student success. Please contact your child's teacher to set up a conference.
In case of illness, accident or other emergency, the school will attempt to contact a child's parent or guardian. Please make sure the school has current contact information, including home, work, cell phone and pager numbers. In addition, be sure to keep the office informed of any changes in emergency contacts or child care arrangements.
Mrs. Alluin sends a ConnectEd message, via telephone, to parents every Monday evening with information regarding the week. Flyers and reminders are also sent home with students. Please check your child's backpack every evening.
Each child at Hardy receives a copy of the Parent and Student HandbookParent and Student Handbook, available in both English and Spanish . This form lets us know that you have read and discussed the information in the handbook with your child, and that you will support the school's effort to provide the best education possible.
Each student should receive a copy of San Diego Unified School District's Facts for Parents publication.
