Study Buddy: Free Online Math Homework Help
Study Buddy is an online math homework help service offered at no cost to San Diego Unified School District students with the generosity of foundation and corporation grants as well as individual donations through the National Science and Technology Education Network. Students in grades five through twelve have the opportunity to receive free, unlimited help with their homework. Teacher and student training is conducted online and on demand.
Live, peer-to-peer math homework help is offered seven days a week, after school until midnight and weekends in general math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, II, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus AB/BC and Statistics. Tutoring is offered from October through June. Volunteer tutors are high school students who have proven their excellence in math and are often members of their high school honor society. In return for their volunteerism, they are rewarded with community service credit and the satisfaction of helping struggling students.
