Hello, I am Minerva Salas. I was born in Mexico and came to the US with my family when I was seven years old. I graduated from San Diego High School. I received a BA and teaching credential from Point Loma University and began my teaching career in 1994. I went back to Point Loma University for a Master’s in school administration. I was a classroom teacher six years and worked as a vice principal for three years. I am now on my tenth year as an elementary principal. This is my fourth year at Webster Academy of Science and Research. My goal at Webster is to support and empower teachers in becoming great practitioners so that together we can meet every child’s needs.
