Assessments/evaluations generally originate from a Student Study Team (SST) referral; parent requests are also considered through our RTI/SST process.

Promote tolerance, understanding, and appreciation of diversity within the school community.
Develop programs to make schools safer and more effective learning environments.
Consultation
Consultation services by developing partnerships with staff, parents, and students to provide intervention ideas, problem solving techniques, social-emotional, academic, and behavior support, supply community referrals, and assist in improving the affective climate in the classroom and school.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to find effective solutions to learning and behavior problems.
Collaborate with school staff and community agencies to provide services directed at improving psychological and physical health.
Intervention
Work directly with children and their families to help resolve problems in adjustment and learning.
Provide psychological counseling to help resolve interpersonal or family problems that interfere with school performance. Counseling services (crisis counseling and short-term individual/group counseling). Help manage crises, such as death, illness, or community trauma.
Provide referrals/resources for child and family counseling in the community.
