Language Arts: English

Language Arts (English) is an essential discipline for any student at Memorial Preparatory. It is the language of instruction for all content areas. Language Arts/English is compulsory at every year of the program and will continue into high school.

Memorial Preparatory provides appropriate language support and strategies for students with exceptional needs. The study of Language Arts focuses on the standards of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. The courses use the Districts Units of Inquiry.
