Our Principal The Horton principal, Robin McCulloch-Fair, is an experienced administrator with 17 years of tenure as a principal or vice principal. She has worked for San Diego Unified for 37 years and has also taught grades K through 8 in both general education and special education capacities. She also has experience as a professional developer, having coordinated the Mentor Teacher Program, providing professional development for Court Identified School staff, and as a Resource Teacher with the district’s staff development office.She is always available to parents and is out on supervisory duty each day. Parents wanting to talk on the phone or in person with the principal will receive an immediate response. She works closely with issues of instructional support for students, student disciplinary issues, school operations and supervision of students before and after school and at lunch. |
