• Librarian will have final outstanding fine list by noon
• Financial office will have final outstanding fine list from teachers and athletics by noon.
• Final list for cap & gown distribution will be complete by 12 pm (This will be a combined lists from registrar, librarian and financial office)
•  If a student clears a fine or has a grade changed after the list is combined – a clearance form will need to be signed and given to the student for them to receive their gap and gown. (Counselors, Registrar, Librarian and Financial office will have these clearance forms)

·       Counselors will have final graduation list to registrar by 10AM for cap & gowns

·       Grades- No grade changes after 12PM on June 6 to be eligible to walk

·       Clearance Slips distribution after 11AM

·       GradNite- Dinseyland meet at 2PM @ flagpole

 

All grade changes must be in by 12PM for students to be eligible to walk in graduation ceremony.
