Adding Notes To PDF Forms

 
When you receive a PDF proposal for review and adding notes:

1. Open the PDF file using Adobe Acrobat software (not in your browser) after retrieving it as an email attachment.

2. To add a new note, click on the notes icon  add notes icon  and click on the document where you want to add the note.

3. A notes window will open. Type in notes, then close window by clicking on the button in the upper left corner.

4. Note icon can be moved by clicking on icon and dragging to desired location.

Repeat the above steps to create additional notes on form. 

When finished adding notes to proposal, save the form and then attach to email to send back to proposer.
