Overview
The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for providing many of the administrative services and other "behind-the-scenes" functions necessary to carry out the education process, such as business, finance, transportation, facilities and food services.

Physical Plant Operations (PPO) Task Force
On February 27, 2007, the Board of Education approved the creation of the Physical Plant Operations Division; as a result, an Operations Task Force was created to oversee further study of the recommendations from the analysis of the Districts Physical Plant Operations.

Technology Sponsorship And Review Committee (TSARC)
The Chief Administrative Office and the Office of the Deputy Superintendent collaborated in the creation of a committee to facilitate the procurement of technology investments for the District.
