DataDirector

Office of Accountability
Performance Management and Evaluation Department

DataDirector is a web-based data and assessment management system that allows district staff to view, disaggregate, and analyze student assessment data. DataScanner is the companion software tool that allows school sites to scan answer (bubble) sheets to immediately view and analyze the data. All district schools have at least one computer configured to run DataScanner. Click here to see a one page FAQ sheet about DataDirector.

Teachers with students rostered to them automatically have access to DataDirector. Once a student has been rostered to a teacher, s/he will always have access to that student’s data – past and present. Each site's Zangle Power User, upon receiving permission from the site principal, can grant permission for non-teaching staff (e.g. administrators, counselors, resource teachers, office staff...) to access student data. Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to provide this access
