- CST Strand Results by Course/Section for Teacher, Student Strands (SP33SD) - Displays percentages of students by performance level for each test. Data is organized by students scheduled for a section in the master schedule. The aggregate data is displayed in the form of a stacked bar graph. A table showing the number of students at each performance level is included. The data is organized by strand and includes the number of questions, number correct, and percent correct. Please see Knowledgbase Article #732 for more details.
- CST Strand Results by Course/Section for Teacher, Student Demographics (SP34SD) - Displays individual results for each student in a specific section including: current grade level, student ID, name, performance level on CST test, scale score, test subject, and student demographic information. The aggregate data is displayed in the form of a stacked bar graph. Please see Knowledgebase Article #764 for more details.
Both reports display last year's test results and filter on the current year and prior school year schedules. This makes them useful for allowing teachers to understand the past performance of both prior and current students.
New Job Aid and OnLine Tutorial; Setting Your Cognos Portal View
06/07/2007 - 15:28
Early users of Cognos (those who logged in to Cognos before 9am on Wednesday, June 6th) missed out on one last significant update made to the Cognos User Interface.
When you log in, if your portal displays 2 tabs called Public Folder and My Folder, without any graph at the right, then you may have been an early adopter of Cognos who missed out on this update.
A job aid and corresponding online tutorial have been written that show you how to reset your view to the Cognos Reporting Warehouse portal when you log in.
