We use the District's online resources (Ebscohost and Grolier Kids) to get electronic information.  We also use search engines like Yahoo! Kids, AJkids, Kidsclick to name a few.  We then create projects with our notes, for example, 4th grade students are writing a newspaper, and 5th grade students are creating giant state posters.  We are currently using Safari and Microsoft Word, but in time, we will be using PowerPoint and Comic Life.  We are learning basic computer skills as well.
 
 
Library Resources Library Resources Ms. Clark is our Library Media Teacher; here’s a short description of what her job entails. Primary Grades learn about different authors. They write about what they read. Students learn how to look for books using the computers. They learn basic computer skills using super-cool iBooks! Upper Grades learn different study skills such as research and note taking. They select different topics and use the computers and books to learn about the topic.
