Welcome Cherokee Point Elementary is one of 12 new schools funded by Proposition MM. It is located in City Heights at 3735 38th Street, one of San Diego’s fastest growing neighborhoods. The name “Cherokee Point” was selected by the local neighboring community. Its mascot is the Cheetah.
