Summary 
E.2.a  Resolution in the Matter of Intention to Dedicate to San Diego Gas & Electric Company an easement and right of way in, upon, over, under and across land to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use guy poles and/or anchors and connecting wires on property owned by the San Diego Unified School District, pursuant to Education Code Section 17556, et seq. (portion of Point Loma High School site). The easement excludes digital, cellular or other mobile communication infrastructure. There is no expense to the District for this easement.
E.2.b  Resolution in the Matter of Intention to Dedicate to San Diego Gas & Electric Company an easement and right of way in, upon, over, under and across land to erect, construct, change the size of, improve, reconstruct, relocate, repair, maintain and use underground facilities and appurtenances for the transmission of electricity and for communication facilities and appurtenances on property owned by the San Diego Unified School District, pursuant to Education Code Section 17556, et seq. (portion of de Portola Middle School site). The easement excludes digital, cellular or other mobile communication infra structure. There is no expense to the District for this easement.

E.3.a  Independent Contractor Services Agreement. Payment for consultant services for school year 2005-2006 for which funds were included in the 2005-2006 budget and containing serial numbers 01-10-02 through 01-10-06.
E.6.b  Ratification of Agreement, effective July 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006, between the San Diego Unified School District and San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) to operate San Diego's "6 to 6" Extended Day Programs at the following cohort 2 schools: Chollas/Mead Elementary, Preuss Model School, Promise Charter, and Washington Elementary School. Amount of funding not to exceed $235,592 funded by 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) state grant. Ratification due to the District had been waiting for contract documents to arrive from SDCOE. (Teacher Preparation and Support)
E.6.c  Ratification of Agreement, effective July 1, 2005 through December 31, 2006, between the San Diego Unified School District and San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) to operate San Diego's "6 to 6" Extended Day Programs at the following cohort 3 schools: Alcott, Baker, Balboa, Bayview Terrace, Bethune, Cabrillo, Dana, Darnall, Doyle, Fletcher, Florence, Foster, Fulton, Garfield, Grant, Hawthorne, Johnson, Kennedy, King, King/Chavez, Mason, McKinley, Sequoia, Spreckels, Toler, Vista Grande, Walker, and Zamorano Elementary Schools and Roosevelt Middle School. Amount of funding not to exceed $2,273,097.26 funded by 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) state grant. E.7.a  Adoption of the Tentative Agreement between the District and the San Diego Education Association as the exclusive representative for all employees in the Certificated Bargaining Unit for the 2005-2006 reopener negotiations of Article 7 - Wages and Article 9 - Health and Welfare, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.

E.7.c  Adoption of the Tentative Agreement between the District and the California School Employees Association, Chapter 724 as the exclusive representative of the Operations Support Services bargaining unit for the 2005-2006 reopener negotiations of Article 7 - Wages and Article 9 - Health and Welfare, in accordance with Section 3547.5 of the California Government Code and Section 1029 of the Bylaws of the Board of Education.
