E.4.b.

On-Loan Agreement, effective July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006, between San Diego Unified School District and the San Diego State University Foundation for the professional services of Sharon Moore, a certificated employee, to work as a "Teacher in Residence." The San Diego State University Foundation will reimburse the district $85,004.09 for the services of Sharon Moore, while on loan.

E.4.c.

On-Loan Agreement, effective July 1, 2005, through June 30, 2006, between San Diego Unified School District and the San Diego County Office of Education for the professional services of Ernestine Smith, a certificated employee, to work as Project Specialist for the Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE) Program. The San Diego County Office of Education will reimburse the district $87,557.92 for the services of Ernestine Smith, while on loan.

Ratification of Agreement, effective July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005, between the San Diego Unified School District and The Charter School of San Diego to employ two qualified Resource Specialists at 2.0 FTE position and an Instructional Assistant at 1.0 FTE to provide services to special education students enrolled in the Charter Schools of San Diego. Amount of funding not to exceed $230,000 funded by Special Education Programs/Regular Year. Ratification due to the Special Education department working with the Charter to determine appropriate calculations of allocations and a process for determining appropriate school days funding to employ Resource Specialist and Instructional Assistant positions. (Special Education)

Ratification of Agreement, effective September 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005, between San Diego Unified School District Promise Charter School and Bethel Memorial AME Church of San Diego for the Charter School to lease premises at 3085 "K" Street, San Diego, CA 92102. Amount of funding not to exceed $108,130 funded by the Charter School Block Grant. (School Choice)
