Biography
Area 3 Superintendent Dr. Rich Cansdale was principal at Cherokee Point Elementary School in the San Diego Unified School District. Dr. Cansdale earned an Ed.D in educational leadership from United States International University, Ed.S from Point Loma Nazarene University, an MA in the education of exceptional children from San Francisco State University and a BA in elementary education from University of Nevada at Reno.
