Trend OfficeScan Client Fix

 

This page is intended to be used to fix client installs that are experiencing a "Disconnected" state.

 Most problems of this nature are fixed by just restarting the computer. If that does no work please follow the directions below.

 If Trend icon  is in your system tray looks like this    you should apply this fix applied to your computer.

 

Once the fix has been applied the Trend icon will return to this..

 

Please click on link below to begin. At the prompt select "Run" or "Open". A DOS Window will open. Respond in the affirmative to all prompts. When installation is complete and the DOS window closes you are done, you can close this website.
