| Nov. 15, 2012 | Schools celebrate National Parent Involvement Day. |
| Dec. 2012 | Schools and PTAs submit photos and brief description of their National Parent Day event to be published in a PTA and District summary document. |
1. Move an existing event to Nov. 15. Consider adding a fun twist or a unifying theme including students and parents
in the planning phase.
2. Utilize this event to recruit new members to the school's PTA or create interest for building a new PTA. For more
