For Mr. Greenwood’s courses

1. Every Monday at 1:00.  Start between 1:00 and 2:05, must finish by 3:05.  
   
   
2. During the three-day window for the monthly test at the end of each month.  Students may retake tests as well as take the normal monthly tests, anytime during those scheduled days.
   
   
3. During a different study group, by request only, at least one day in advance.  Students will sit in the back of my classroom while I am teaching a study group (not the student’s own study group).  Those times are:
   a.  Tuesdays at 12:15.  BY REQUEST ONLY, at least one day in advance. 
   b.  Wednesdays at 10:05.  BY REQUEST ONLY, at least one day in advance. 
   c.  Wednesdays at 12:15.  BY REQUEST ONLY, at least one day in advance.  NOTE: On the last Wednesday of each month, this is part of the monthly testing schedule, so no appointment is necessary for that day.  Requests must be made for the other Wednesdays of the month.
   d.  Thursdays at 10:05.  BY REQUEST ONLY, at least one day in advance.  NOTE: Not on the last Thursday of each month; it’s a shortened study group, followed at 10:40 by testing, so students on that day may start testing at 10:40 without requesting it. 
   
   
4. Other teachers at the school may proctor, tests at any times that are convenient for them.  Parents and students who wish to do this must first contact and have permission from that teacher.  Then they (parent or student) must contact me so I can give the test to that teacher.  I want to have 1 day's notice, and I ask anyone considering this to be very careful to make sure it's not an inconvenience for that teacher, since it means the teacher can't leave the room.  Also, please do not ask the library; this is not a responsibility they should have, and it limits use of the library.
