Yearbooks Offer Priceless MemoriesThe Deadline to purchase a Yearbook for 2012-13 is February 15, 2013 Prices are as follows: 09/04/12 - 09/30/12 $80 w/ASB sticker $85 w/out ASB sticker 10/01/12 - 10/31/12 $85 w/ASB sticker $90 w/out ASB sticker 11/01/12 - 02/15/13 $90 w/ASB sticker $95 w/out ASB sticker It is strongly encouraged to buy your yearbook to reserve it. If any extra yearbooks are available, they will be sold on a first come, first served basis. The only way to guarantee you will get a yearbook is by reserving your before Feb 15th. Senior Photos: If you haven't already set up your senior photo reservation with Reyman Photography, please make sure to call them as soon as possible. To guarantee your ad space, send all information to kbolton@sandi.net or bring your ad to the front office to be placed in the yearbook mailbox. All ads are due by March 1st. Senior ad information will be emailed to all senior parents/guardians, or you can download the Senior Ad pdf here. Yearbook Photos will be taken:Monday October 9th, Freshman Tuesday October 10th, Sophomore Wednesday October 11th, Juniors Thursday October 12th, make up for all grades.  Face it, you need a yearbook. You can preserve your youth forever in these pages, and visit your friends no matter where they wind up. The cheapest and easiest way to get a yearbook is to order one in the fall, because the price rises throughout the year until the end of the year when, and only if there are leftover books, they go for 20 % higher prices. Buy your book during registration for the best deals. This years registration pricewill be $80 for students with an ASB Sticker, and $85 without. As of September 6th - December 16th, the price goes up to $85 with an ASB card, and $90 without. From January 3rd - February 18th, the price rises to $90 with an ASB card and $95 without. The final deadline to guarantee a yearbook is Feb 15th.  You WILL NOT be able to purchase a yearbook after this date. You most likely will not be able to purchase a book from leftover stock at the end of the year, as we only produce enough to fill the orders that come in by Feb 15. If you want a yearbook, BUY IT IN THE FALL. If you cannot afford a book, consider setting up a payment plan through the Finance Office and pay for it over a few weeks or months. If we have leftover stock at the end of the year. the price is $100 cash at the finance office.Senior ads. We will start selling ads in October. You will be mailed all the information to assist in completion of your ad. NEW THIS YEAR: Picture Submission Yearbook is happy to accept any pictures you or your students take of activities that are school related,such as club activities, sporting events, community service projects, etc. In addition, throughout the year we will be asking for special needs photographs. Please read the bulletin (posted online on the Henry home page) for yearbook requests. Understand, however, that we are unable to use every picture sent to us. If we do not use your son or daughter, we mean nothing personal by it. To submit a picture, you can turn it in digitally to our eshare site, or turn the hard copy in to Mr. Bolton in room 511 or at the front office. To submit online, go to the website www.hjeshare.com and use 7039341 as the school code. You can upload as many as 10 photos at a time.  Digital pictures: If you wish to submit digital images, they must be on a CD with at least 225 dpi resolution. Images should be in JPEG or TIFF format. Because of the limitations of most printers, digital images which are printed will be accepted only if they are on glossy photo paper. Images printed on regular paper (no matter how good you think they look) will come out pixilated in poor quality in the book…trust us on this. |
