The staff at Morse consists of 71 certificated teachers, 6 counselors, 29 paraprofessionals, 19 classified staff, three other staff (nurse, psychologist) and three administrators (one principal and two vice principals). Certificated teachers, counselors, and administrators are highly qualified.

Morse has a culturally diverse staff. The gender balance and the ethnicity of the certificated staff have not changed significantly over the years, although there was a large retirement three years ago, and 18 new teachers were hired following a golden handshake the district offered senior staff.

Staff Development
Staff members are encouraged to participate in professional development. Some teachers request extra workshops for personal growth, while others participate in training to learn innovative strategies. Professional development is regularly scheduled.
