Biography

Hi!

Thank you for taking the time to read my web page. This is my 15th year teaching students with special needs at Madison High School. I also taught at Hoover High School for 12 years before coming to Madison. I started my teaching career at ACES Academy in Hamden Connecticut where I taught special needs students for 6 years.

I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Education from Southern Connecticut State University in 1976 and a Master's Degree in Education with a concentration in Special Education, non-severe, from San Diego State University in 1991. My experiences in teaching all these years has made my life rich and rewarding. I have always maintained that I learn more from my students than I ever teach them.
