School-Home CommunicationParent-Teacher Conferences and Report CardsAttend parent-teacher conferences to learn about your child's progress in school. Learn more. Report cards are distributed three times a year in November, March and June. Minimum days are scheduled during the first two reporting periods for parent-teacher-student conferences. Your child is expected to attend the conference. Although parent conferences occur in November and March, a conference to discuss your child’s progress may be scheduled at any time with the teacher. Parent/Guardian Contact InformationIn case of illness, accident or other emergency, the school will attempt to contact a child’s parent or guardian. Please make sure the school has current contact information, including home, work, cell phone and pager numbers. In addition, be sure to keep the office informed of any changes in emergency contacts or child care arrangements. School Information & FlyersWhenever possible, school and community information is sent home with students on Wednesdays. Please check for this information every Wednesday.
