Hearst FoundationThe Phoebe Hearst Elementary School Foundation (PHESF) is an IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was created to generate funding to support improvements to the school. All donations are 100% tax deductible. Our non-profit tax exempt number is 33-0829526. The board is comprised of a small, dedicated group of parents. It has accomplished the development of the two multi-use sports fields, the procurement of multiple technological improvements such as computers for the classrooms and a computer lab, a mobile sound system, document cameras and multi-media projectors for all classrooms, a K-5 Choral music program and the purchase of portable lunch tables, just to name a few. In light of the school district's massive budget cuts, the Foundation anticipates great need in the coming years. Please help to keep our school great by participating in Foundation activities! Annual Hearst Foundation Auction & Dinner The Foundation's signature fundraising event is the Annual Auction & Dinner, with other events scheduled periodically throughout the year. This year's auction will take place on March 24, 2012, so save the date!
