School Site Council (SSC)

The SSC is an elected decision-making group comprised of parents, community members, site administrators, teachers and other staff. The SSC has an ongoing responsibility to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the Site Plan for Student Achievement. The SSC also oversees all the categorical funds such as Title I, Second Language, School Improvement Program Funds,GATE and other school issues.They meet once a month in the school library. Members serve a two-year term. Parents are welcome to call their parent representative on the SGT to voice opinions and concerns. Meetings are open to all parents.
